After six years in the call center industry....

I'm still working weekends...it's NO fun!
I still deal with the same sh*t!
I still have the same problems as when I was an agent...SCHEDULE!
I still deal with the same TONTAS!
There are still losers who think they KNOW everything...

But then...

I still LOVE what I do...
I still work as much and NEVER rest...
I still love the PEOPLE, the ENVIRONMENT...
I still have the same goals as before...

I AM STILL TRYING TO MAKE MY MARK IN THIS JUNGLE...

I'm not giving up...NEVER!
